FAQ

Nothing. We ask that you email us your list of attendees that will represent your organization at the gala.

Once attendees enter the venue, they will need to proceed to the lobby to register their names.

Join other community leaders in a pre-gala soirée. Enjoy photo opts, games, cocktails, and lite hors d’oeuvres. The reception is held in the bottom floor of Building 4690, across from Water’s Edge Events Center. 

We do not have a special price for the military, but if you are actively serving, you can fill out this form and we will try to accommodate some tickets, FREE of charge. 

Absolutely! You can volunteer, become a sponsor, make a donation, provide a gift basket, or support scholarships for military children. Please see our Other Ways to Give web page for details. 

There is parking directly in front of Water’s Edge Events Center, as well as across the street from the venue. These spots fill up quickly, but there is additional parking located in surrounding business park, with a shuttle service to the entrance of the venue. 

The recommended dress code is semi-formal. The theme this year is “Midnight in the Emerald City.” Costumes and attire related to this theme is strongly encouraged. The recommended military attire for this event is Dress/Mess Uniforms (Formal).

When you register, you will be given a booklet with the agenda and a list of raffle items available. The main auction is a silent one. Over 20 baskets will be located throughout the venue to bid on. Simply write down your name and bidding price on the provide paper for each item. The highest bidder for each item will be displayed at the end of the event. There will also be a live auction after the event program.
