FAQ
As a sponsor, what do require from my organization?
This depends on the level of sponsorship you have purchased. All sponsors are asked to submit their logos (PDF, SVG, JPG, PNG). To find what else may be required, please refer to our sponsorship guidelines.
How do I submit logos and graphics?
Please contact Tori Arcilesi and Melissa Gestido with any graphics support. They can be reached by filling out this form.
What is a custom sponsor package and how do I qualify?
Custom sponsor packages are available when you are a $7,500 sponsor and up. We will reach out to you after your purchase to figure out how to make your sponsorship work for you and our mission.
When do I need to have all my required graphics/logos turned into your art department?
Please have all program ads turned in by September 8, 2026. After this time, there is no guarantee that your ad will be made into the program.
For logos and social media art, the sooner your turn them in, the better. We will use your graphics in our campaign running up to the date of the event. The sooner we have your submissions, the longer your post will be up.
What do you need to enter the event?
Nothing. We ask that you email us your list of attendees that will represent your organization at the gala.
Once attendees enter the venue, they will need to proceed to the lobby to register their names.
What is Included in the VIP Reception
Join other community leaders in a pre-gala soirée. Enjoy photo opts, games, cocktails, and lite hors d’oeuvres. The reception is held in the bottom floor of Building 4690, across from Water’s Edge Events Center.
